원인,전원의 문제로 파악이 되었습니다. 컴퓨터 앞부분에 있는 USB포트에 전원을 연결했을 때, 부팅이 무한 반복되는 현상이 발생하였습니다.,해결,이런경우, 외장형 밧데리로 하거나, 컴퓨터 뒤에 USB 잭에 파워를 연결하니 해결이 되었습니다.
